Shipping and returns policy

Returns
Our refund policy is 30 Days. You must contact us (by phone or via contact us link below) within 2 days from time of delivery and the item must reach our head office (see below) within 30 days of receiving your item. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping
Our products are shipped within 1-2 Days using the following carriers: Royal Mail, DPD, MyHermes. If the item purchased was advertised as requiring “international shipping”, the item will be shipped from our warehouse in UK and most items will be received within 2-3 weeks depending on your location in the world. Most deliveries within UK will be received within 2-3 days after shipping but allow up to 5 days before contacting us. To return your product, after contacting us by phone or via link on this website, you should mail your product to: Fidelity Store, 39b West Avenue South, Derby, DE73 5SH. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
