Description

Leather strap

The classic option is a leather strap. Most of these straps are made of calfskin, which is soft and flexible, which makes them comfortable. The advantage of leather straps is that they are environmentally friendly and hypoallergenic. The strap can also be matched to the color of other accessories to complement the look.

Stainless steel body

The steel body is considered reliable and durable.

Battery operated watch

The watch’s power source is a battery. The service life depends on the watch model.

Water resistance – 50 m

These watches have a water resistance of 5 bar and can withstand a pressure of 5 atmospheres. The value of 50 meters is theoretical. It refers to standardized values, can be tested in special equipment and is not considered equivalent to diving. In practice, such watches can withstand a shower, surfing, kiting, but are not intended for water sports, swimming, diving from a tower. On the back cover of such watches it is always written “5 bar”.

Mineral watch glass

Mineral glass is the most common material for watches. It is the same material used for windows, but in the case of watches, the glass is additionally tempered to make it stronger. However, it is still easier to scratch than sapphire glass. On the plus side, it is not as brittle as sapphire glass. When hit directly, it only breaks, while sapphire glass splits in half.

Quartz watch

Quartz watches use battery power and are considered more accurate and convenient.

Backlight of the hands

This watch model has a light-accumulating fluorescent material applied to the hands, which ensures that the hands glow in the dark.
